30 DAY INTERNET RETURN POLICY

Here at Nevada, our first priority is your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes it is important to be able to touch, feel and try things on. So with that in mind we have created an easy, no stress retruns policy that gives you peace of mind when shopping with us. You can rest easy knowing that if you are not satisfied with your item once received, you may contact us and return it for a full refund of the original purchase price provided the goods are in re sellable condition.  Note Sale or clearance items are excluded from this policy but you can still exchange or have a credit note.

IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, SIMPLY RETURN IT TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY IN ITS ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE PRODUCT PRICE.SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS EXCLUDED. IF YOU WOULD PREFER WE WILL HAPPILY SUPPLY YOU WITH A STORE CREDIT TO THE SAME VALUE, ANOTHER SIZE OPTION OR ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM OUR STORE. Pricing:All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Payments via Internet Banking will need to be paid within 7 days or we cannot guarentee your item.

Delivery:

 Orders will be shipped within THREE working days of being received and should be received by customers within 5 working days.  We ship with Fastway couriers for all nationwide shipping. International and some remote rural locations excepted.We will endeavour to have all orders to you as soon as possible as your satisfaction is important to us.

 Please note that Shipping Internationally is via non- tracked postal service. Should you wish to use a tracking option, please contact us and we will advise you of the costs. Non Tracked shipping is sent at your risk. Orders above $250 will incur and extra $10 Insurance fee. All international transactions may require further security measures this is purely for your security, so please co operate if required.

Return freight is at your expense.Warranty and faulty items are still covered under the Goods & Services  Act  New Zealand 1994 and our other terms and conditions do not diminish our responsiblilities under the act.

Refunds:Please choose products carefully.If a product is unsuitable for a particular reason please email  info@nevada.co.nz  as soon as you receive the goods with an explanation of the problem. Once contact is made we will authorise your return. We ask that you use a traceable postage service when returning goods to us, the choice is yours but the should the item not reach us, it is not our responsibility. All refunds will be refunded into the exact account you used to purchase the items- this is for security resons and is not negoitable. Please note, refund will be for orginial purchase price of item, and will not include any shipping costs. Returns address is Nevada, Shop 1001, Bay fair, Mt Maunganui 3116.

Stock recieved for returns MUST be in re-sellable condition. This means all tags must be on, garment has no marks etc and appears unworn. This especially important with sunglasses and swimwear. These items need to be in perfect condition and we reserve the right to refuse an item should we deem it unable to be resold.

Stock: All items on nevada.co.nz should be available for purchase. Some items may sell out from time to time and nevada.co.nz will offer a rain check and advise next available delivery or refund the purchase within 48 hours of receipt.

Please Note: All prices shown are in New Zealand dollars ( NZD ) GST Inclusive. Any extra charges or taxes relating to import into foreign countries will be at the purchasers expense.
